In Balance Physiotherapy & Fitness has been providing high quality physiotherapy services and exercise rehabilitation in the Central Wheatbelt Region for over 15 years.
Our WorkFit program is designed to optimise injured worker’s return to work and rehabilitation independence, with safe exercise and functional habits incorporated. The program can be modified depending on client needs, with most of our injured worker’s participating in a 12 week functional and cognitive based exercise program, consisting of supervised and non-supervised sessions in our onsite gym. We initially supervise gym programs twice a week in the first three weeks, progressing onto once per week for the following six weeks, with the final three weeks of the WorkFit program completely independent.

- Gym memberships at In Balance Fitness (our onsite gym) processed at Initial Assessment allowing immediate gym access.
PROMOTES INDEPENDENCE
- Full gym membership allowing access independently during program
- Staff encourage independent gym sessions as part of the program, with the final three weeks of the program completely independent.
