Senior Men’s

A physiotherapist run exercise class just for the lads. Creates a great social atmosphere for comradery and general laughs. Our Physiotherapist Kosta will assess and prescribe your individual evidenced based strength and exercise program suited to your health and wellness goals. Available casually and eligible for a private health rebate as well as through the DVA.
