What is Clinical Exercise?
Clinical exercise involves movement prescribed to correct impairments, restores muscular and skeletal function and/or maintain a state of wellbeing.
Our sessions involve improving posture, trunk control, balance, mobility and strength whilst making it functional, dynamic and specific to your presentation.
All clients must have a Free Pre-Clinical Exercise Screen prior to commencement to determine the most suitable clinical exercise option for best results.
