Telehealth NDIS

Telehealth is recommended by the National Disability Insurance Agency, Allied Health Professional Australia, Occupational Therapy Australia, Speech Pathology Australia and Australian Physiotherapy Association.

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is an alternate way of delivering effective evidence-based allied health therapy services. Through the use of a computer or smart device a secure live, interactive video consult is conducted.

Who can access Telehealth services and is it funded?

All families can access our telehealth services, as long as you have access to a smart device or computer with internet access.

Families can access all our allied health services via telehealth (where appropriate and suitable):

  • Speech Pathology
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Therapy Assistants

How does a Telehealth appointment work?

Telehealth is conducted the same way a regular face-to-face session would be, just in a virtual setting. All of our sessions are delivered via a secure platform and kept confidential. We’ll assist you with step-by-step instructions.

How do I arrange a Telehealth appointment for my child?

It’s easy! If you are a current client, speak with your therapist about the option of transitioning to telehealth services.
